Today the conditions for swimming were not good at all.
The water is still very green (since weeks). In addition there are now the algeas and the tide was high and rising at noon, what means all the bad things on the beach get washed up and collected by the sea. After swimming I got, as usual in such conditions, heavy sneeze attacks which is caused by that green substance in the water.
The algeas have arrived. With rising water temperatures the algeas start to prosper. Very late in this season. Over the last weeks the temperature of the water was between 20 and 22°C. Unusual cool. Today we had 23/24° C.
Swimming today. Water still cooler than average (22 °C). No algeas yet! Water plants start to grow. Although water from the outside looks good, visbility under water is not. Never there were seen so few fish than this season (at Angol Beach).
